Welcome, dear visitor!

This site is about what I'm interested in. And since you happened to be here too, I do hope you will be interested in it as well.

Three little pages are about things which take most of my time right now - Meditation, Reiki, Coaching. There is no connection between the three, except for me doing all of it, and that's why they are here.

There is another part of the site called "Texts", I'm going to add stuff there regularly about the topic mentioned, so please come again and see.

There is also Russian version of the site, it contains more materials just because I live in Russia myself. There are some translations from English and a special page devoted to my Master Umi, who lives in California. If you are interested in who he is, do visit his site www.umisatsang.org. And if you have Russian friends who would like to know about his work, please refer them to the Russian version of this site.
